    There's no shortage of television shows focused on first responders, but Emergency Call promises to flip the script by looking at the moments before emergency personnel arrive on scene. The new Luke Wilson-hosted reality series bows tonight on ABC.     SERIES PREMIERE: Luke Wilson drops viewers into the early moments of actual 911 calls in ABC's new reality series Emergency Call.
