    There's no shortage of television shows focused on first responders, but Emergency Call promises to flip the script by looking at the moments before emergency personnel arrive on scene. The new Luke Wilson-hosted reality series bows tonight on ABC. Also today: Netflix takes a hard look at the U.S. electoral process and how it could be improved, Dancing With the Stars cuts a rug Disney-style, and ID hands over another night to Tiger King's Joe Exotic .     SERIES PREMIERE: Luke Wilson drops viewers into the early moments of actual 911 calls in ABC's new reality series Emergency Call. Tonight's premiere episode includes a a child performing CPR on her grandfather, a stolen car with a child in the backseat, and teenagers facing a bear attack. Watch the trailer. 10:00 PM ET on ABC

    NEW EPISODE: It's Disney Night on Dancing With The Stars, so get ready to see your favorite dancing duos shaking their money makers to some of the legendary film studio's biggest musical hits. In a first for Disney Night, one couple will be eliminated at the end of the show. 8:00 PM ET on ABC

    DOCUSERIES PREMIERE: With the new series Whose Vote Counts, Explained, Vox shines a light on the unprecedented challenges facing American voters in the 2020 election. The complete series drops today. Streaming on Neflix

    CONCLUSION: Part 2 of HBO's two-part TV movie The Comey Rule picks up in the turbulent early month of the Trump administration, looking at the fallout between FBI  Director James Comey (Jeff Daniels) and the president.(Brendan Gleason). 9:00 PM ET on Showtime

    NEW EPISODE: As Love Island draws to a close, the Islanders wait for viewers to vote on which couple is their favorite. How will meeting their partners' parents affect the audience's feelings about them? We'll find on Wednesday night's finale. 9:00 PM ET on CBS

    DOCUSERIES FINALE: ID's look at the sordid world of Joe Exotic and Carole Baskin comes to a close. Part 3 of Joe Exotic: Tigers, Lies and Cover-up finds Joe reading fan mail and waiting for a pardon from Donald Trump, even as Don Lewis' family looks for answers to his disappearance. 9:00 PM ET on Investigation Discovery
