Hawaii Five-O Bids Farewell After a Ten Year Run on CBS

    The first (and most popular) in a string of procedural reboots to hit CBS this past decade, Hawaii Five-0 ends its ten year run tonight with a finale that showrunner Peter Lenkov promises "checks all the boxes." Also today: Hulu's Future Man returns for its third and final season, Tales from the Loop premieres on Amazon, and Apple TV+ unboxes its latest original series. Here's what's new and noteworthy on TV this Friday:

    SERIES FINALE: Danny (Scott Caan) is abducted in the series finale of Hawaii Five-0. Meanwhile, Steve (Alex O'Loughlin) may finally have the solution to the mystery his father left behind ten years ago. Watch the preview. 9:00 PM ET On CBS

    SERIES PREMIERE: Jon M Chu (Crazy Rich Asians) is the latest big name to debut a new series on Apple TV+, directing and producing Home Before Dark, based on the true story of an intrepid fourth-grade journalist who cracked a decades-old cold case. Watch the preview. Streaming on Apple TV+

    MOVIE PREMIERE: Ed Helms stars in the buddy comedy Coffee & Kareem. Helms plays Officer James Coffee, whose new girlfriend's daughter Kareem (Taraji P. Henson) plays a prank that leaves the two of them running for their lives from a ruthless druglord. Watch the trailer. Streaming on Netflix

    NEW EPISODE: Bill Maher returns for the first episode of Real Time with Bill Maher since the Coronavirus pandemic disrupted production. Maher will be hosting the show from his backyard. 10:00 PM ET on HBO

    SEASON FINALE: The fourth season of High Maintenance comes to a close tonight on HBO, and while the network has been mum on what we can expect, it appears soup may be involved. 8:00 PM ET on HBO
