With most everything canceled that wasn't already in the can before the coronavirus outbreak (from sports to SNL to Live PD), television is taking on a distinctly different feel this weekend, with reruns of classic games on sports channels and Hallmark running a rare Christmas movie marathon in March. Happily, most Sunday night shows are unaffected, including the season finale of Curb Your Enthusiasm, and new episodes of Westworld, Homeland, and The Walking Dead. Here's what's new and noteworthy on TV this Weekend:

    SATURDAY MARCH 21

CABLE PREMIERE: HBO's Big Saturday Night Movie is X-Men: Dark Phoenix. The 2019 installment in the blockbuster film franchise tracks the journey of Jean Grey (Sophie Turner) as she loses her grip on her ever-increasing powers, eventually becoming the uncontrollable Phoenix. Watch the preview. 8:00 PM ET on HBO

MARATHON: As Hallmark puts it, "We need a little Christmas!" With that in mind, tune in all weekend for the Hallmark Christmas Movie Marathon. Check out the full schedule to see which of your holidays favorites are returning to the airwaves sooner than you ever imagined. 12:00 AM ET on Hallmark Channel

ENCORE PRESENTATION: Football player JJ Watt hosted February's Super Bowl episode of Saturday Night Live, where he was joined by musical guest Luke Combs. 11:30 PM ET on NBC

CLIP SHOW: Don't let self-quarentine stop you from hitting the streets as law enforcement officers around the country head out on patrol with the Live PD camera crews in tow. Tonight's episode presents clips from some of the show's best moments. 8:00 PM ET on A&E

SEASON PREMIERE: Journey to Alaska with Dr. Oakley, Yukon Vet, to see what life is like for a veterinarian working in one of the most challenging environments on the planet. 8:00 PM ET on National Geographic Wild

    SUNDAY MARCH 22

SEASON FINALE: The tenth season finale of Curb Your Enthusiasm finds Larry triggering a dispute between soon-to-be parents. Alex Karpovsky (Ray from Girls) guest stars. Watch the preview. 10:00 PM ET on HBO

NEW EPISODE: With Danai Gurira exiting at the end of this season, does The Walking Dead have a star problem? Primetimer's Joe Reid thinks so. Happily Gurira is still around for tonight's episode, as Michonne and Virgil (Kevin Carroll) return to the island while pursuing pivotal new weapons. 9:00 PM ET on AMC

NEW EPISODE: Hollywood Week continues on American Idol, with the judges springing a surprise on the contestants by telling them to pick a partner for the brand new duets round. Watch the preview. 8:00 PM ET on ABC

NEW EPISODE: As this week's episode description cryptically suggests, the world outside has a lot of walls, so the Westworld characters may want to bring a sledge hammer. Watch the preview. 9:00 PM ET on HBO

NEW EPISODE: With Maggie enrolled in preschool, Marge takes a part time job at a marijuana dispensary on The Simpsons. Things get interesting when Homer starts a competing cannabis shop. 8:00 PM ET on Fox

NEW EPISODE: Mo (Don Cheadle) tries to get Keith (Paul Scheer) out of tough spot, as Black Monday downshifts to just one episode a week in the wake of the coronavirus production shutdown. 10:00 PM ET on Showtime

NEW EPISODE: With just four episodes to go before Homeland's series finale, Saul (Mandy Patinkin) and Carrie (Claire Danes) each find surprising allies. Watch the preview. 9:00 PM ET on Showtime

SERIES PREMIERE: Damian Lewis (Homeland and Billions) hosts the eight-part series Spy Wars with Damian Lewis, leading viewers through some of history's most infamous instances of espionage. Watch the preview. 8:00 PM ET on Smithsonian Channel

SEASON PREMIERE: Master bakers Buddy Valastro (Cake Boss) and Duff Goldman (Cake Masters) return in Buddy vs. Duff, squaring off in back to back baking challenges involving an apple cake assignment and a dinosaur confection for the American Museum of Natural History. 8:00 PM ET on Food Network
