    Hulu gave homebound fans of Reese Witherspoon and Kerry Washington a unexpected St Patrick's Day gift yesterday when it released Little Fires Anywhere a night early. In the new eight-part series, Witherspoon plays the head of an affluent Shaker Heights family who rents a home to a mother (Kerry Washington) and her young daughter, only to learn that her new tenant is hiding more than her fair share of secrets. Also tonight: Survivor sends two tribes to the tribal council, The Masked Singer offers up a new round of undercover celebrity performances, and Chicago Med airs its 100th episode.     SERIES PREMIERE: Based on the bestselling novel by Celeste Ng, Little Fires Everywhere stars Witherspoon and Washington alongside an impressive ensemble cast in a tale of conjoined lives in Shaker Heights. The first three episodes dropped late Tuesday. Watch the preview. Streaming on Hulu
