    As TV dives headfirst into the holidays, tonight sees the launch of two seasonally themed reality series that will begin and end before the month is up. First up: Amy Poehler and Nick Offerman's Making it returns, unspooling its entire second season over the course of seven nights between now and December 11. Also premiering tonight is the seventh season of The Great Christmas Light Fight, which airs four back-to-back episodes each Monday night through the end of the month. Here's what's new and noteworthy on TV this Monday:

    SEASON PREMIERE: This past summer's most-watched new series returns as Making It welcomes ten new Makers for a fresh assortment of inspiring and creative craft challenges. 10:00 PM ET on NBC

    SEASON PREMIERE: Back for its seventh season, The Great Christmas Light Fight shines a twinkling spotlight on some of the most impressive home lighting displays in the country, as families compete to win the Light Fight trophy and $50,000.  8:00 PM ET on ABC

    HOLIDAY SPECIAL: As Primetimer's Joe Reid points out, there are no lack of life lessons to be learned from Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer . The perennial holiday favorite gets the first of two airings on CBS this month tonight at 8:00 PM ET on CBS

    NEW EPISODE: The top 10 performers battle for The Voice spotlight with another round of live performances. 8:00 PM ET on NBC

    MUSIC SPECIAL: A&E takes a two-night deep dive into the life and career of county music superstar Garth Brooks with Garth Brooks: The Road I'm On. The second half airs tomorrow night. Watch the preview. 9:00 PM ET on A&E
