Primetimer's editors break down what's new and noteworthy on television today.

It's an eclectic Saturday on television, with The Creative Arts Emmy Awards, college football, a movie with a song that's bound to get stuck inside your head, wine guzzling empty nesters, a notorious cult, and one more chance to catch Adam Sandler's terrific return to SNL last spring.

EMMYS PRE-SHOW: The main event airs tomorrow night, but a slew of Emmys honoring craft, technical achievement and guest-starring roles were handed out over two nights last weekend at the The Creative Arts Emmy Awards. Catch the highlights tonight at 8:00 PM ET on FXX

SERIES PREMIERE: The two-hour series premiere of Hallmark's When Hope Calls follows two sisters running an orphanage in the old west town of Brookfield in 1916 as they search for love, happiness, and fulfillment helping children in need. 9:00 PM ET on Hallmark

CABLE PREMIERE: Apparently wanting to get in on the big Saturday night movie fun, Starz is premiering Drunk Parents, in which Alec Baldwin and Salma Hayek drink their way into increasingly perilous financial straits, while scheming ways to exploit the rental potential of their neighbor's palatial home while he's out of the country. Jim Gaffigan co-stars as their less than ideal tenant. Watch the trailer. 8:00 PM ET on Starz
