The first season of Starz's critically-acclaimed Sweetbitter followed Tess as she moved to New York City, got a job at a hot downtown restaurant, and was plunged into all the drugs, sex, and romance that the city has to offer. With Season 2, Tess realizes she's going to have to play the game in order to succeed in the business. Word is that the eight-episode second season will also open up the world of the show and put the focus on some of the other characters as much as Tess.

SEASON PREMIERE: In tonight's return of Sweetbitter, Howard (Paul Sparks) takes the restaurant staff on field trip to a farm, where they are forced to watch a pig being slaughtered. Also: Tess (Ella Purnell) learns information that makes her wonder whom she can trust.. 9:00 PM ET on Starz

SEASON PREMIERE: Season four of Grantchester premieres tonight, promising some big changes, including a new Reverend played by Tom Brittney and the Civil Rights movement bringing tensions to a boil in town. 9:00 PM ET on PBS

NEW EPISODE With the latest news about behind-the-scenes struggles this season, you can expect some close scrutiny of Big Little Lies, just as it heads into its home stretch and the season's penultimate episode. 9:00 PM ET on HBO

SEASON FINALE: The second season of Our Cartoon President was more confident, topical, and savage in its takedowns of the current presidential administration and the circus that follows it around. Not satisfied with simply skewering our eminently skewer-able commander-in-chief, Our Cartoon President has enjoyed just as much success nailing the likes of Mitt Romney and Susan Collins to the wall (or in the latter's case, inside the wall). 8:00 PM ET on Showtime
