The surprise ending of Thursday night's Grey's Anatomy premiere involved the return of Patrick Dempsey's McDreamy, who appropriately enough appeared in a McDream to Meredith Grey, the mother of his children.
In this promo for the next episode, It seems Meredith will be struggling with whatever her diagnosis is, but she's not dead yet.
Grey's Anatomy airs Thursdays at 8:00 PM ET on ABC.
