Clooney will take a less-demanding role on the Hulu miniseries based on the James Heller classic novel. As director and executive producer, Clooney felt he had too much on his plate to also be playing the leading role of Col. Cathcart, which was to mark his first regular series role since ER. Chandler will play Col. Cathcart instead, while Clooney will take on the lesser role of Scheisskopf. This will be Chandler and Clooney's second time working together. Chandler starred in the 2012 Oscar Best Picture-winning Argo, which Clooney produced.

Ferrell was riding in a chauffer-driven SUV with three passengers last night in Orange County when it was sideswiped by another car, causing it to spin and flip over.
