The Washington State Cougars' Twitter account announced the news on Twitter without going into details. "This should be fun!" the Cougs tweeted. Wazzou, as the school is nicknamed, is led by eccentric head coach Mike Leach, who is a friend of Donald Trump. Washington State was one of four teams being considered for the untitled reality series, along with Alabama, Arizona State and Penn State. Leach is at the forefront of the Air Raid offense that has invaded the NFL. His disciples were responsible for coaching last year's NFL MVP, Pat Mahomes, the last two No. 1 overall NFL Draft picks (Heisman-winning QBs Baker Mayfield and Kyler Murray), and starting quarterbacks in the last two Super Bowls (Nick Foles and Jared Goff).
