CBS hasn't decided the fate of The World's Best, but it would "tweak the format" if renewed for Season 2

The CBS reality show from reality heavyweights Mark Burnett and Mike Darnell struggled to keep its audience following its post-Super Bowl debut. Yet despite host James Corden earning an Emmy nomination for The World's Best, CBS hasn't decided whether to bring it back. “There were a lot of things we learned over the course of the season and if we were to come back and try it again, we would do some things differently and we’d probably tweak the format a little but we have not made a decision,” said CBS Entertainment president Kelly Kahl.
