This is a big moment for Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor, whose real name sounds more like a soap opera character's name). He's got the ring, and he's in the middle of surprising Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes) with a marriage proposal, but it doesn't go quite as planned.
